- Project inputs: ideal customer profile, target industries, geographies, sample data, brand voice, and — only when a workflow requires it — credentials or API keys you choose to share with us for CRM, email, calendar, or n8n integrations.
- Billing details: handled by third-party payment platforms (for example Fiverr, Wise, or bank transfer). We do not store card numbers on our servers.

7. Data Retention
We retain project data only for as long as necessary to deliver the engagement, support the client afterward, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Delivered lead lists and workflow assets are handed over to the client on project close; working copies on our side are archived and then deleted according to our retention schedule.
