We stand behind the quality of every project we deliver. This policy explains when refunds and replacements are available.
1. Lead Generation Projects
- We guarantee 95%+ verified accuracy on delivered lead lists.
- If more than 5% of contacts bounce or are invalid, we will replace the invalid records free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
- Full refunds are available only if we cannot fulfill the agreed scope.
2. Automation & n8n Projects
- Automation builds are custom services. Once development has started, refunds are limited to the un-worked portion of the project.
- Bug fixes for delivered workflows are free within 14 days of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed and approved deliverables.
- Third-party costs (API credits, paid tools, subscriptions) incurred on the client's behalf.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@getleadexpo.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days via the original payment method or platform (Fiverr, bank, etc.).
