These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of getleadexpo.com and any B2B lead generation or AI automation services provided by GetLeadExpo. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Project-specific quotes, proposals, or Fiverr order pages form part of this agreement.
1. Service Scope
GetLeadExpo offers verified B2B lead lists, email and LinkedIn lead generation, AI agent development, AI receptionist and AI voice agent deployment, AI e-commerce automation, and n8n workflow automation. The exact deliverables, timeline, revisions, and price for each engagement are defined in the written quote, proposal, or platform order (email, WhatsApp, or Fiverr) accepted by the client.
2. Quotes and Proposals
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless a different validity is stated. A quote becomes a binding order once you confirm in writing (email, WhatsApp, or Fiverr) and, where applicable, pay the agreed deposit or upfront amount.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate ideal customer profile, targeting criteria, and any brand or content assets required to complete the work.
- Grant timely, least-privilege access to any tools required for delivery (CRM, email sender, calendar, telephony, or n8n instance).
- Review deliverables and request revisions within the agreed revision window.
- Use lead data, AI agents, and automations in compliance with applicable laws — including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, and equivalent local rules.
- Honour our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Delivery and Acceptance
Deliverables are sent through the channel agreed at kickoff (Google Drive, Fiverr, email, or shared workspace). A deliverable is deemed accepted when you approve it in writing, or after 5 business days without written feedback from the delivery date. Revisions requested within the agreed window are included at no extra charge; revisions outside that window may be quoted separately.
5. Payment Terms
- Unless otherwise agreed, fees are quoted in USD and are due before final delivery. Multi-phase projects may follow a milestone schedule with a deposit up front.
- Payments are processed via Fiverr, Wise, bank transfer, or other methods stated on the invoice.
- Third-party costs (API credits, paid tools, phone numbers, verification tools) may be quoted separately or passed through at cost.
- Late payments beyond 14 days may result in paused work until the balance is cleared.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
On full payment, you receive ownership of the specific deliverables produced for your project — the lead list, the trained AI agent configuration, workflow files, documentation, and any custom code we ship to you. GetLeadExpo retains ownership of its generic methodologies, prompt libraries, reusable workflow templates, internal tooling, and pre-existing IP. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party software or APIs.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect non-public information exchanged during the engagement — including customer lists, business plans, prompts, credentials, and pricing — and to use it only to deliver the project. Credentials shared for delivery are used on a least-privilege basis and rotated or removed on request.
9. Service Modifications
We may add, change, or discontinue features on getleadexpo.com and adjust our service catalogue over time. Ongoing engagements are not affected by such changes — the scope in your accepted quote or proposal stands.
10. Warranties and Disclaimer
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care and stand behind the quality of our work. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, services and website content are provided "as is". See our Disclaimer for details on performance expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetLeadExpo's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
12. Account and Service Misuse
We reserve the right to pause, suspend, or terminate a service — with or without notice — where a client breaches these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law, or where continued delivery would expose us to legal, security, or reputational risk.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. On termination, we hand over completed deliverables and delete working copies of client data according to the retention schedule described in our Data Processing Information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be pursued in good faith through direct discussion.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
